Silva Valley Parkway/ U.S. Highway 50 Interchange

El Dorado Hills, California

El Dorado County proposed to construct a new Silva Valley Parkway Interchange on U.S. 50 between the El Dorado Hills Boulevard and Latrobe Road interchange and the Bass Lake Road Interchange. Foothill Associates’ arborists conducted a tree survey and oak woodland canopy assessment, including riparian impacts regulated under California Fish and Game Code Section 1600 – 1616. The analyses reflected a calculation of impacts to existing trees within the project impact area.  Arborist mapped over 28 acres of oak woodland canopy within the 128-acre site.

We also managed regulatory compliance and resource assessment documentation for the project.
