Mitigation Plans

Mitigation is used to offset adverse impacts that a project may have on any number of conditions, including natural resources.  Mitigation can be required by a number of regulatory agencies for impacts to a wide range of protected species and habitats.  Foothill Associates has expertise preparing mitigation plans as required by the California Environmental Quality Act, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits, California Department of Fish and Game code, and other government agency codes.
