Creekview Professional Center

Foothill Associates prepared regulatory permits for the Creekview Professional Center in Folsom, California. The site was historically a gravel mining operation and is a proposed infill project consisting of a professional building complex near Humbug Creek. Biologists conducted a biological constraints analysis, tree survey, California red-legged frog habitat assessment, and wetland delineation of the 7-acre site. Biologists prepared compensatory mitigation and conservation measures for California red-legged frog to initiate formal consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service pursuant to Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act.  Foothill Associates permitting specialists obtained U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit as required by Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA); Water Quality Certification pursuant to CWA Section 401;  and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to the California Department of Fish and Game Code Section 1600.
