Our regulatory staff prepares both CEQA and NEPA environmental compliance documentation.  Our viewshed analysis, biological resource, and land use assessment capabilities provide clients with cost effective and legally defensible environmental impact analyses.  Our staff is experienced analyzing project alternatives, identifying mitigation measures, and establishing a mitigation monitoring program.  They are also adept at public participation in support of the environmental review process.
