We are seeking a full-time experienced Environmental Planner to join our NEPA/CEQA compliance team in any of our four offices. This position is responsible for the preparation and/or review of environmental documents including EIR/EISs, EBSs, MNDs, and EAs. Project management responsibilities include organizing, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering the product to the client. Landscape Architect
We are seeking a full-time, dynamic, and enthusiastic Landscape Architect to join our multi-disciplinary team. Primary duties include planning and designing urban landscapes, open space, mitigation, restoration, resource management, and recreation plans. Tasks include preparation of construction plans, details, cost estimates, and specifications. This individual will also assist with marketing our design services to current and potential clients.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture; Master’s preferred. Must possess or obtain within one (1) year of employment a valid California license as a Landscape Architect. Minimum of 5 years of relevant landscape architecture experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience. Experience in land use planning desirable. Must be proficient with SketchUp, InDesign, ArcGIS, CAD, Photoshop, and MS Word/Excel. Knowledge of Microstation software desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate public meetings, required. Individual must also possess excellent business development, marketing, and organizational skills; be creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as with others. LEED Certification preferred.

Biologist
We are seeking a full-time field biologist in our Rocklin office. Job duties include conducting and reporting on field assessments of biological resources and wetlands, assessing impacts to these resources, securing permits, preparing technical reports and environmental review documents, and assisting others with the development and implementation of mitigation and monitoring plans.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant environmental consulting experience required. The ability to conduct general biological assessments, wetland delineations, special-status plant and wildlife surveys, and proficiency with GPS technology is preferred. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including preparation of CEQA/NEPA analyses is also desirable. Candidate must have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as be proficient with Microsoft Office software programs. Candidate must be comfortable working in all types of weather and be able to navigate all types of terrain.

Senior Wildlife Biologist
We are seeking a full-time permitted senior wildlife biologist to secure and manage a wide range of projects in the San Diego area. Job responsibilities include conducting special status species assessments, biological assessments, preparation of technical reports, and assisting others with the development and implementation of mitigation and monitoring plans. In addition, this person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective client and company relationships, expanding our marketing efforts in southern California, and proposal preparation.
Qualifications: The qualified candidate will have a B.S. in Biology or related field and at least 8-10 years of relevant biological consulting experience. Possession of USFWS 10A permit for California gnatcatcher, southwestern Willow Flycatcher, and Quino checkerspot preferred. In addition, the candidate must have excellent business development and marketing skills; communication, analytical, and organizational skills; and the ability to work independently and produce clearly written deliverables. Knowledge of regulatory compliance, including preparation of CEQA/NEPA analyses and experience with wetland delineations, is also desirable.
